He was super kind and informative when we first came to visit the car. I came with my 1 year old so I didn't plan to test drive yet, just look, and Nick was awesome with that! He had the car parked out front and was ready for us when we got there. He let me look all around and all in the car! He even offered to let me put my car seat in the car to test drive it then. I later came back with my husband and again, Nick was awesome!! The process of trading in the car and then getting a new car was seamless because of Nick and the Subaru team! More
