If I could rate it a 0 I would. We dealt with Joshua Fierke on 11/15/25 we informed him a tire had a bubble on it and he stated he would guarantee it would get fixed and he would in We dealt with Joshua Fierke on 11/15/25 we informed him a tire had a bubble on it and he stated he would guarantee it would get fixed and he would inform us once tire arrived. He told us to go in on a Saturday we did and when we arrive there was no tire we had driven close to an hour to get there. We messaged him multiple times where he continuously told us tire had not arrived yet but guaranteed it was coming. We are going on 1 month and 1/2 and nothing. The tire has officially given out on us and we messaged him again and no response. Honestly the worst experience we have ever had a dealership. I would not recommend to work with him at all. More

Sales team was solid, Joshua treated me well until I had to meet with one of the managers named Eddie. He treated me like garbage and totally pushed me away from buying the vehicle with his attitude, mentio to meet with one of the managers named Eddie. Can’t rate a 0 but… Very unprofessional and suspicious behavior from management and sales team alike. Wasting my time driving from out of state arriving to a car that’s buried in snow & needs a jump to ev behavior from management and sales team alike. Then added on fees for a vehicle that seems to have been neglected- am I supposed to feel secure knowing the stock is as dead as it is? Doesn’t make sense.
