Hi Everyone, my wife and I met at the University of Oklahoma. After she graduated from the architecture program we moved to Oregon for about 9 years and loved exploring the Pacific Northwest. When we were ready to start our family we moved to Tennessee to be closer to family in the nearby states (Kentucky, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and the Carolinas). It's been a pleasure selling Cadillacs with the Andrews Cadillac family. Escalades and CT5-V Blackwings are my faves!

I don't usually write reviews, but this dealership earned it - especially Josh H. (Sales) and Robert F. (Service). Josh made the sales process smoother than my morning coffee. No gimmicks, no games, and j it - especially Josh H. (Sales) and Robert F. (Service). Josh made the sales process smoother than my morning coffee. No gimmicks, no games, and just honest communication, quick responses, and a genuinely effortless experience from start to finish. The guy's got sales skills and a conscience, which feels borderline illegal these days. I walked into the dealership just to check out a Cadillac listing.... and walked out an hour or two later with my Cadillac - which I'm absolutely loving. Robert, on the other hand, is basically customer service royalty. His attention to detail is unreal (in the best possible way). He followed up proactively, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt like a priority, not a problem to fix. Even with his packed schedule, he managed everything with patience, humor, and a level of professionalism that's rare to find. Between the two of them, they turned what's usually a stressful process into something I'd genuinely recommend. Dealerships everywhere could learn a thing or two from these two. More

Josh was incredible and extremely informative but not forward or aggressive which has happened to us in past ….only complaint is , we bought new car with 2k miles on it, showing 69% oil life remaining an forward or aggressive which has happened to us in past ….only complaint is , we bought new car with 2k miles on it, showing 69% oil life remaining and they weren’t able to give us a quick oil change to reset it to 100%. The price of car after taxes was over $65k….i just think that would of been a nice finishing touch for us or a extra free oil change coupon More
