We were very happy with John and the whole dealership. Everyone was helpful, had a good understanding of the vehicles, and as nice as can be. The only hang up was from me. I was notified of the availability of the vehicle, as soon as I expanded my model list, even though it had only gotten to the dealership the day before. I agreed to buy the car as long as they fix the airbag issue, they agreed. A week later when I was scheduled to pick up the car, they tell me that they can't get the airbag light to go off, but it's not a issue, they agreed. A week later when I was scheduled to pick up the car, they tell me that they can't get the airbag light to go off, but it's not a big deal and the airbags still work. I bought the car because I'm an idiot who trusted them. I brought the car to a Subaru dealer to verify what they told me. Turns out the airbags DO NOT work, and it will be $1300 to fix. But the real problem is that the part I need is back ordered. I've been waiting 8 months for this part, and they say it's another 3 months before I can get this fixed. Great Falls Honda originally offered to pay for it, but has since stopped answering or returning my calls. Honestly I don't care about the cost, I just want a car with airbags!! More
