As many say, I just went in to look! My intention was to get a perspective on the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, if I liked it then I would go to another dealer to see where I can “get the best deal” and I did. get a perspective on the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, if I liked it then I would go to another dealer to see where I can “get the best deal” and I did. After working with Josh Olmstead, the other salesman didn’t even come close to someone I wanted to work with. The next thing I know I am buying and the key was Josh. I felt very comfortable working with Josh. The biggest advantage was he did not have to go ask someone when I had a question. He knew the vehicle and process in and out. There was no pressure from Josh to “quickly seal the deal”. He knew I didn’t need a new vehicle; I just wanted a new vehicle. I appreciate that he took the time before I left with my new SUV to explain the features, something that has never happened to me before. Usually they hand you the keys and are off to the next customer! I special ordered some parts and Josh took care of all of that and even did follow ups afterwards. If you are going to Hudson Chrysler Jeep you definitely need to see Josh! However, Hudson Chrysler is also the place to go. Not only was Josh a deciding factor so were the other individuals that were part of this transaction. They made me feel like they wanted my business. The other dealer truly made me feel like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. This is the second I vehicle I bought from Hudson Chrysler Jeep. I did not go back specifically as a return customer, I went back because they had the vehicle I wanted; but I am sure glad I did! I am the type of person who after making a large purchase going...what did I do!?! Not this time thanks to Josh and Hudson Chrysler. More
