I was not sure about purchasing the car that day but he stayed in touch with me over the next few days. On the day that I decided to come by with my husband, Ryan was not working but assured me that I would be taken care of by Joshua Rambow. Joshua was also very kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He guided us through the purchasing process with ease. Joshua also walked us through the car technology and answered questions we had in the moment and made it clear that we could reach out at any time with questions.
