I was in the market for a used small SUV and found 2 Toyota Venzas for sale. The one at Walter's Audi was a year newer and had lower miles so I requested a quote. In 10 minutes I already had someone reach out to see if I was interested in viewing the car. I drove in and originally felt out of place because the cars here were beautiful and expensive but the moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted no different than any other customer looking for a much more expensive car. They have taken extra measures to make sure you stay safe during Covid while also making sure you felt comfortable. Josh Rambow was ready to answer any questions and didn't give you the pushy salesman attitude like some other dealerships. Eric Lefever was great at his job even though my preferred lender was slow to respond. Andy did a great job getting our paperwork ready to go quickly. The one thing that really made the experience extra special was other sales people like Chandler McGensy who wasn't part of the sale but still made sure we were comfortable while waiting. This is truly a top notch dealership and I wouldn't hesitate to come back and do business with again. More

I was in an unhappy and dissatisfied position with my A6 lease. The car had some trouble and brought it in for service and loaner car. Was very fed up at the time so asked to speak with GM. George was on his way out for the day, but took a moment to speak with me in his office and hear me out. He took my concerns and said he would help me get to a reasonable and logical deal out of my lease. He was a man of his word. The staff assisting him (Josh in sales, Eric in sales, Chris in service) all fantastic professionals, and really restored my confidence in Audi as being more then just a standard car producer, and displayed the higher end class of the maker with their service and attention to details. A job well done all. Will come back to these folks again. More

I ended up having an appointment with Joshua and he pulled the car I wanted to see, before it had even been detailed, and showed me two other cars for comparison. He was extremely helpful in explaining the difference in packages - premium vs premium plus. I went in to look at a red, premium A6 and ended up buying a certified pre-owned, 2017 Tornado Grey, Audi A6 complete with the Bose speakers I wanted! Wonderful and amazing staff here at Walters Audi! Based on Yelp reviews I was deciding between Walters Audi and thr Audi dealership at Ontario. I decided to go with Walters Audi and now I'm an extremely ha on Yelp reviews I was deciding between Walters Audi and thr Audi dealership at Ontario. I decided to go with Walters Audi and now I'm an extremely happy new Audi owner and glad I decided to do business with this team. I actually started at Walters Audi then headed over to BMW of Riverside and Spreen Acura. What I didn't tell all 3 dealerships was that I did tons of research (months, really) before coming out to purchase a vehicle. Wanted to physically get my hands on and visual see the Audi Q7 55 TFSI 2020, BMW x7 2020, and Acura MDX 2020. I knew the ins and outs of leasing, sniffing out spotty sales and bogus fees, and how to go about auto sales negotiation. I won't spend so much time going into negatives but long story short, tons of pressure from BMW of Riverside (Training/Service fee for $180??? Seriously?! They want me to pay the fees for training their employees???) and moderate pressure from Spreen Acura (incorrect info from the get go led to a disastrous outcome for their sales team). Absolutely no pressure from Audi thanks to 3 fantastic gentlemen - Chandler M. (Audi Specialist), Joshua R. (Sales Mgr), and Andy B. (Finance Mgr). Chandler helped me right off the bat and was professional, easy to talk and work with, and hit all my concerns as if he could read my mind. He was extremely patient with my questions on Q5 vs Q7, 2019 vs 2020 Q7 differences, package variations and primary differences (Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige), and much more. Sales pitch was relaxing and I felt as if I truly was being helped to purchase the best vehicle for me versus being pressured into getting something I wasn't looking for. Joshua was very helpful to coordinate things with Chandler to get us going in the right direction in regards to paperwork, finances, and was also very professional and patient with even more questions I had. Lastly, Andy B. made the typical endless paperwork seem like a breeze and even helped me personally with a few categories, especially the package deal to make sure I don't get hit hard with fees surpisingly at the end of my 3-year lease. I was adamemt about putting 0 down with 12k miles per year and Andy crunched the numbers to fit me and my business needs seemlessly. This trio was amazing to work with and made my first Audi purchase an incredible experience! By the end of the night, I was a happy owner of a beautiful silver 2020 Audi Q7 55 TFSI! Chandler, Joshua, and Andy - excellent work and thank you for helping me throughout the entire process. Looking forward to doing more business with Walters Audi in the future! And no, I'm not getting paid for this review - based solely on my non-bias and honest experience. More
