So there's a known problem with the radios and basically I have a $80k truck with a radio that cannot tune in (since taking ownership) second is the trailer TPMS sensors don't work and they (dealership, ser I have a $80k truck with a radio that cannot tune in (since taking ownership) second is the trailer TPMS sensors don't work and they (dealership, service and sales) don't have a clue how these work. Waited over 2 hours for a tire rotation. Had a tire with a slow leak that was supposed to be addressed as well. Was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire so it was just r Had a tire with a slow leak that was supposed to be addressed as well. Was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire so it was just resealed. Tire lost air again by the next day. Took it to Tires Plus who had me in and out in less than a half hour. They found a very apparent nail in the middle of the tire and patched it for me. When I arrived for the appt. at Ewald I was told that it would take an hour at the longest. The wait was not really the problem. It was more that no one acknowledged it, informed me it would take longer, apologized for the extra wait time, etc. And then the problem was not even fixed. Very frustrating and a waste of my afternoon. More
