I called and explained what the problem in my truck, which is under warranty, was. I also explained that I needed a loaner car for when it was getting fixed. When my wife brought my truck in, there was which is under warranty, was. I also explained that I needed a loaner car for when it was getting fixed. When my wife brought my truck in, there was no loaner car, so she wasted hours of her time sitting at the dealership. They then said the computer said there was no problem, and left it at that, instead of doing what I told them caused the problem, which happened whenever the truck was put in the cold. As soon as my wife drove away in the truck, and went into the cold, the problem happened right away, which was entirely predictable. There was clearly no effort put into the hours of service, they just scanned the cars computer, ignoring the fact that this was clearly a computer/sensor issue to begin with. Now my wife needs to waste more time bringing it back again. More

I came in at 1:50pm for my 2:00pm appointment and told we’ll get you out by 3:00pm it didn’t happen so I waited until 3:30 to see why it’s taking so long and was told he’s wrapping up now but still waited we’ll get you out by 3:00pm it didn’t happen so I waited until 3:30 to see why it’s taking so long and was told he’s wrapping up now but still waited till 4:10pm.
