He also respected all of my communication preferences, which I really appreciated. John is a great guy and truly a man of his word. I also want to thank Nick Gerling, who stepped in and helped while John had to step away for a bit. That was also very appreciated. As for the dealership itself, I had a very positive experience. No hidden fees, no pressure, and no pushing unnecessary extra insurance or products during the purchase process. The whole experience felt straightforward, calm, and stress-free.
