However, he did not listen very well when I talked to him about the financing of the 2015 Tiguan I bought. The financial guy was selling me additional warranties and, his calculations of the monthly payments he presented was making the car not affordable. Glad Josh spoke to the owner and, the deal went thru. Please make sure your sales and finance team understand about what customer needs to provide a better buying experience for customers. More
