If anyone, especially the Sales Manager Jeff, offers a lower than sticker price get it in writing. We were told a lower price on a Saturday and by Monday he had no recollection of that. To my mistake when talking Monday morning I assumed the higher number was including the sales tax and not because he had no memory of telling us something different 2 days ago (and no it did not include sales tax). I did not walk away then when my husband encouraged me to (I did at least get them to not sell it with an empty gas tank) and now less than 4 full days later I find myself stuck along side the road because it's already malfunctioning. I gave in on the "no one provides warranties on used cars (per Jeff)" So, save yourself the regret and go somewhere that not only can remember, but honors their word (and sells working vehicles) before you find yourself waiting on the side of the road and now having the time to write the review they asked for. More

Was quoted $4 more per month for extended warranty and paperwork shows billed almost $5000 for this. Nobody wants to own up to it. Always blame the previous person.
