Good experience. Josh was enthusiastic and did a good job in the sales process, especially in delivery of the vehicle going through the features and helping set up Ford Pass. The dealer is repairing a bl job in the sales process, especially in delivery of the vehicle going through the features and helping set up Ford Pass. The dealer is repairing a blemish on the truck and will be installing accessories on order at the same time. The dealer website was misleading causing the price of the truck to be $3,500 more than what was advertised. There apparently was an error on the website in how the rebates get applied.. While I understand, it was an unexpected pricing surprise and made the process more frustrating. More
