Came in just to look at a new Buick Encore GX. JOSH WELLS was wonderful. No high pressure..he listened to what we wanted and we left with a brand new 2024 Buick Encore GX AVENIR. We absolutely lov JOSH WELLS was wonderful. No high pressure..he listened to what we wanted and we left with a brand new 2024 Buick Encore GX AVENIR. We absolutely love it. Everyone we encountered were easy going and very polite and knowledgeable. We traded in two vehicles and we were happy with the offer to buy. It’s a nice dealership and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Oakes Buick again. The only suggestion is for management to buy some new chairs for their sales people. I noticed a lot of the arm rests were broken. A classy dealership will bring in classy buyers. THANKS AGAIN TO JOSH AND OB FOR HELPING TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE. More
