I always have amazing service when I bring my car in for routine visits. Everyone is extremely courteous and goes out of their way. I feel comfortable with my work done and leave my car without fear. A lot of people in sales treat women inferior and we always purposely have my wife make all the calls, ask all the questions, make the introductions, etc... to see how she is treated. We do this with all our purchases in general, not just cars. Josh was extremely nice and helpful and we ended up buying with him. He delivered our brand new G550 200 miles away to us as well.
