Overall a pleasant leasing experience. My (John completing this survey) rating is based on the following: We are retired and in our 70's making our first EV purchase/lease, there was very My (John completing this survey) rating is based on the following: We are retired and in our 70's making our first EV purchase/lease, there was very little help in the intro and education to the EV experience other than Matt spending a few minutes in the car going through the various functions etc. Matt did a great job however, bringing new owners into the new world of EV's especially for senior purchasers, it would be a big help to setup some kind of a post purchase workshop for new EV owners maybe a week or two after taking delivery, we have to rely on YouTube and Owners FB Groups to answer questions that come up. I would think that the dealership would want to be involved more post purchase on this new technology and ownership in order to foster a loyal and repeat customer. More

It may seem silly but I saw the red bow. I bought an $80,000 Cadillac and didn’t get the red bow presentation. I never met the sales manager. I didn’t get a thank you note. When I had to bri I bought an $80,000 Cadillac and didn’t get the red bow presentation. I never met the sales manager. I didn’t get a thank you note. When I had to bring the car back 9 days after I bought it for an extended service appointment because the home charger wouldn’t work, I was given a horrible tuna can Hertz Rent a Car as a loaner. The charger should have been checked before I drove away with the new car. 68 days after the purchase they still haven’t sent the permanent plates I know they received more than 10 days ago. I still don’t have the payment book from GM Financial because the finance guy missed something we needed to sign. I called him to find out where my payment book was and he realized I needed to sign something else. I have now had to hunt around to find where to send my first payment because I still don’t have the information and the payment is due in 10 days. The sales man was very helpful but didn’t explain the benefits of the EV Go credit vs credit to install a home charger. When I called finance 3 days later to see if I could change it, he never called me back. When I was at the dealership 10 days after the purchase, he told me it was too late to change. I still don’t have the EV Go account info yet. I have to honestly say, it hasn’t felt like Cadillac service More
