I had a good, but not stellar experience there. They are an old-school dealership with salespeople waiting at the windows and doors for you so that when you pull up they compete for who gets to tr They are an old-school dealership with salespeople waiting at the windows and doors for you so that when you pull up they compete for who gets to try to sell you a car. It's what I remember when I wold cars back in 2002/2003 and not much has change. The salesperson, Johnny, did not tell me much about the used car I had come to look at. I didn't really need him to, as, I had done quite a bit of research and had driven a couple of them before. In my opinion, however, he should have taken a few minutes on the BMW website to familiarize himself with the basics of the car or at least printed a fact for me to look at. I was allowed to take the car on a test drive, and when doing so I decided I wanted to buy the car--it was the exact car I had been looking for, even in the same color I wanted, with all the trims and feature options I wanted too. The price advertised was below KBB value, so I said, "yes", when Jonny offered to draw up some numbers for me. He did the traditional back and forth think with his manager several times. Even though I'd had some credit challenges, they were able to get me financed for the car I wanted with a payment I could afford, and they got the deal done and me out of there in less than 2 hours. The experience was not fancy or luxurious, and I don't believe they made much money on that deal but I absolutely love my new BMW and the whole process, albeit traditional, was fairly painless. Thanks NW Chevrolet for taking good care of me and my BMW! More
