My son purchased a car and sales and finance were fantastic. Brought the car in for service and was not happy with the attitude I got from Rui. Adam in service was very kind. Bought the car 6 months fantastic. Brought the car in for service and was not happy with the attitude I got from Rui. Adam in service was very kind. Bought the car 6 months ago. Tried to use the air conditioner and it didn't work. The problem was a broken wire. I asked if it should have been checked in inspection before the car was sold. I was told how do you know it wasn't? Try talking to the place that sold you the car...I purchased it here. Charged 363.00 dollars for a broken wire. Rui has an attitude and is not doing your dealership any justice. I spoke to the sales manager and he rectified the problem for me. If it wasn't for him I would never step foot back in this dealership. This one employee is going to make you lose lots of money.Thank you Josh for being a stand up guy. More
