This dealer sold me a lemon. HOWEVER!! I was offered to come back in immediately and offered me a fine solution. They even washed out my previous deal and reapplied to another v HOWEVER!! Special thank you to the dealship sales manager Jeff the general manager Josh Chris the salesman (x2) dealing with. Also Krissy in finance all wonderful. Family history 33 years sting and has now fixed it to where I would come back another 34 more. If something goes wrong they will make it right with a fight. Please go see them before anywhere else time wise I was in the dealer for 2 hours and 2 time only 3 hrs total time and that's with fixing a issue at hand. Thank you all so much to the entire team at inverness dodge and jeep. More

Had an issue with a vehicle purchased on 9/2/23 (check engine light came on as soon as I got home), and had to get the GM involved. Was told to come back on a certain day and time for service, once their service had no idea, I was coming in, said they weren’t told, and I could not be assisted, because there’s limited staff on the weekends. I don’t live in Inverness. Was then, told by service to expect a phone call on the following Monday, which never happened, I had to call them only to be told, they had not gotten around to my issue, because they were busy attending to other customers. Not until the GM was spoken to, my issue was resolved, by Pearson Nissan on 9/15/23. Would never return or recommend these folks. The GM/ Josh, was really willing to help, more than I can say for staff. People tend to forget, customer service makes all the difference. More
