In terms of how the dealership conducts business and their purchasing process, it felt like it was a hassle to go back and forth from the bank to get a cashiers check and also the deposit that was mentioned but not labeled. Also a major disappointed was that I only receive one key and not even a master key for the vehicle purchased. I need to pay even more to go get another one made. Disappointing that the permaplate interior coverage is forced onto the purchase but the cheaper price makes up for it somewhat. More
