I found a car online that I wanted to check out, so before I made the trek to downtown Dal I just bought a used car and the experience was fantastic. I found a car online that I wanted to check out, so before I made the trek to downtown Dallas to check it out I called and spoke to Josh. I asked if the car was there, he checked for me, asked when I would be arriving, and said he would have the car ready to go with a key in hand when I arrived. Sure enough, as soon as I arrived Josh was there with the key in hand ready for me to check the car out and take a test drive. There was no pressure in the experience at all, and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. I was very impressed by the entire experience and would definitely recommend this dealership. If you go, you should ask for Josh. He was incredible! More

A business operating without core values is simply an obsolete infrastructure. Specifically, Joahua's transparency projected the most. He kept me apprised of every step throughout the process--no matter how miniscule.
