Joshua has a very kind and genuine spirit, and is about helping you get imto a vehicle that you are going to be happy with and suits your needs. Oh and he also got me in my car with 0 down, and a car payment that is suitable to my needs!!!! Joshua also kept me informed during the whole process with the bank as well. He is the best!!! If you are in need of a vehicle, hurry and go check him out! Also there was another great salesman by the name of Jose, that provided me with impeccable customer service along with Joshua. Joshua was training Jose that day, but it seemed like Jose had been there for a while and didnt even need training, this thing came natural for him. These two work as a great team together. No hidden gimmicks, just honest numbers based on your credit scores (I had average - bad credit) I rarely write reviews, and this will be my first. I guess I'll start this review by explaining how the process went. I needed a replacement car so I heard their ad on the radio and decided to research the company and see what they had to offer. The website has a variety of cars to choose from and I originally wanted the 2012 Chevy Cruze but I also needed something that would fit within my budget. I submitted a financing application through the website under the "get your financing" tab. I then called to explain my credit situation, and they kindly transferred me over to Josh. At first, I was a little unsure because my first car buying experience felt rush, and I was unsure of what I was getting myself into, so I was hesitant, but then after talking with Josh and having him explain the process in detail, nothing hidden, just straight truth. I had no worries about choosing Driver Select. He handled most of the paperwork and approval through the phone. I just emailed him documents that he needed. THIS SAVED A LOT OF TIME, so when it came time to view and test drive the cars, the process was smooth. I cannot stress enough how Josh MADE SURE THE CAR I SELECTED FIT MY BUDGET AND APPEAL. He listens very well. So I chose a 2012 Ford Focus, and I couldn't be more happy. The car was within my budget, the transaction was smooth, and I left a happy customer! I really appreciated the whole Car Buying Experience with Driver Select. I had went to different dealerships and was turned down or told no. Everything was so easy with Joshua's help, after been looking for over a month i found driver select and i was working with another sales agent, and i almost didnt buy my car here due to the lack of atte looking for over a month i found driver select and i was working with another sales agent, and i almost didnt buy my car here due to the lack of attention from this agent. Well i decided it to give a one last call to driver select (and after been talking to the other representive for over more than a week and no questions were answer, neither he will return my calls) Well Joshua Picked up the phone and he got everything done within 2 days what the other sales rep couldnt do in almost 2 weeks!!... Well thanks to Joshua my long journey on looking a car which it wasnt nice or pleasent came to an end and thanks to give him, calling me back, updating me with everything, he did beyond to help!!! HE IS AWESOME!!! Well by the time i got their to pick up to final all the paperwork Ruben helped me as well very nice guy and awesome help on explain us everything and being so nice and polite while we were waiting. But again if it wouldnt been for Joshua picking up that last call i probably would if been still in this stressfull journey that he made so easy to end!!!!
