My wife was looking for one specific vehicle at a certain price range. When we entered the dealer ship we saw Josh within minutes. He not only remembered our names but also remembered the vehicle we purchased and that it was for our teen daughter. This was March 2017! Anyway, Josh and new salesperson, Ricky demonstrated great customer service as well as a sense of urgency. For being a new guy Ricky did a great job with all the paperwork. He showed a lot of patience as I dealt with my bank, staying way past quitting time. We are good on cars for now but when the time comes you know where we will be heading! More

I was able to really mull over my options and choice of vehicle without any pressure and was ultimately able to choose the vehicle that felt right to me and best fit my budget without any influence. Before it took me days to purchase a car and to get the dealership to offer something I finally felt comfortable with. Josh worked hard to make my time with him as fast and smooth as possible. It was so nice to be in and out in just a couple of hours and actually drive off in my new vehicle. The selection was better than anywhere that I had looked and so was the price!!
