There was no push/ rush on his part to get us to buy the truck. As we decided to buy the truck Joshua was thoroughly explaining the process as we were going through the contract finalization. We were very happy with Joshua Myers as our salesman. And we were just as impressed with Forrester Lincoln’s service manager Toni Forrester. We had driven several miles away and a dash light had lit up. It was not a big deal things like that just happen and was no reflection on Forrester Lincoln. We called our salesman Joshua and he connected us to Toni Forrester the service manager. He promptly got us a loaner car and the truck back in to his service shop to have the truck diagnosed and find out why the dashboard light came on. They made the necessary fix and let us know everything that was done. And when Toni called to say the truck was ready he added assurances to me that I was quite satisfied with.
