Horrible experience! !! I was working with Josh the salesperson for the purchase of a used car. I told him that I wanted to buy the vehicle. I gave him an offer (they acce !! He assured me that if I filled out an application for their lenders and gave deposit they would hold the vehicle until I could pick it up 3 days later. I filled out the app and was called by Isa the sales manager threatening that if I didn’t come look at the vehicle right away that he couldn’t hold it. I was at work and that wasn’t what I had discussed. They sold the vehicle out from under me. Just a horrible way of conducting business very unprofessional. What can I say Isa is a true “used car salesman”. More

Dontae changed my paperwork I was told that Ally financial was going to be my lender for 5% apr and then it switched at the end to driveway auto for 7%. I also was never sent any of my contracts for financial was going to be my lender for 5% apr and then it switched at the end to driveway auto for 7%.
