Zero help, overpriced, no real diagnosis, uninformed staff, terrible experience. Never coming back. Had a $5,000 quote with no real explanation or deep dive into any of your “findings”. One month after my 45,000 mile checkup my front brakes needed replacing. Apparently there were no notes about what they looked like at that point. I was then quoted an exorbitant amount and told the price needed replacing. Apparently there were no notes about what they looked like at that point. I was then quoted an exorbitant amount and told the price was higher due to OEM parts being longer lasting than aftermarket parts. It seems unlikely that they are 4x better. More

The service tech was pleasant and attentive. She did make excuses for everything that was on my mind about the car. There was an issue with my windshield washer pump and Murgado was going to charge me $700 to repair it and I had my local ASCE Certified mechanic look at it and he fixed it for nothing. It was that simple. More

I typically have gone in for the works oil change, including an overall check-up on my car. The prices have gone up considerably with new ownership, and even credit card use fees are now passed along including an overall check-up on my car. The prices have gone up considerably with new ownership, and even credit card use fees are now passed along the customer. There is no upside to changing your oil at the dealer anymore -- either for price or add on services-- when compared to third parties. Completed oil change, and technical issues with the notification system resulting in my waiting for an hour extra for the car -- even though it was finished. No one came to find me in the waiting area while the technical glitches were resolved. More
