The few times I've visited the Benton dealership my family has been greeted with total professionalism. When speaking with the technicians we get a sense our vehicle is in good hands. I feel assured an family has been greeted with total professionalism. When speaking with the technicians we get a sense our vehicle is in good hands. I feel assured and at ease when sitting in the waiting room with comfortable seating, entertainment, and unlimited snack choices for the kids. Jay is especially our favorite, he took time explaining the care needed to maintain our new vehicle. The cleanliness of the establishment is also impressive as well. More

First time for an oil change and it took over 3 hours with an appointment. No one explained to me what the delay was. I had to ask about my vehicle. There were people who came after me and left before with an appointment. No one explained to me what the delay was. I had to ask about my vehicle. There were people who came after me and left before me. When I arrived I was told that my car would be put ahead because I had an appointment. Spoke with Randall and he did take about 10% off my ticket but I explained that I had an appointment with my wife and was late because of this. I felt a free oil change on my next visit should have been offered as well but it was NOT. More
