This is my 3rd time going and it was wonderful the first two times. However, this time when I came it was a mix of communication about what I’m getting done. That’s fine as well. With that, when I came in, it felt like I was not wanted there in a sense I just stood there for a moment. When I did get to Josh, I was told on the phone that I was going get estimates for other things on a sheet of paper. However, I didn’t get that and with the off-put of feeling not welcome I didn’t even ask for it. If wasn’t paying the price for the service of the tune up then it felt like that I wasn’t cared for. More

Very helpful service. I came in for a routine oil change. Service department hit a problem and went on to accommodate my needs and fix the issue. Had continued issues with our new Explorer's audio system and had to take it back to service several times. Josh explained what waa being done and how long it would take during each visit.
