I bought a used 2020 Jaguar I-PACE from Square One Auto/Karma Auto. It was listed online for $21,505, but by the time I signed, the total came to $31,542.93 including $4,350 for an "Ally Premier Prote Auto/Karma Auto. My loan ended up at $30,331.23, after putting 2100 down. By day 3 of owning the car, I was already having electrical and starting issues. When I called about it, they told me they don't service electric cars and denied the car came with any warranty at all — despite the signed contract showing I paid $4,350 specifically for a protection plan. I never even bothered bringing it back after that, because it was clear I wasn't going to get any help. If you're considering buying here, know that the price you see online is not the price you'll pay, and the "protection plan" they sell you may mean nothing when you actually need it. I'd strongly recommend getting an independent inspection, reading every line of your contract, and thinking twice before buying an EV from a dealership that admits they can't even service one. More
