I've purchase several vehichles over the years including 9 Hyundai's, but no one has provided service like Clay Cooley Hyundai of Dallas. I was having issues with my 2025 Tucson and I will admit, I brought 9 Hyundai's, but no one has provided service like Clay Cooley Hyundai of Dallas. I was having issues with my 2025 Tucson and I will admit, I brought it in a few times due to technical issues but Lauren Pena (Service Advisor), and her mechanic and technical team in the Service department were relentless in solving the issue. There are a million dealerships out there, but what sets the staff at Clay Cooley apart is the fact that they care about their customers and provide first class service. My salesman Courtney always comes by to check on me and my husband whenever we are having Service done. I would encourage anyone looking for a new or used purchase to stop by Clay Cooley and ask for Salesman Courtney, and once you purchase your new or used Hyundai please ask for Service Advisor Lauren in the Service department. The team at Clay Cooley of Dallas can be beat!! More
