I want to update my previous comments. Since contacting corporate, I was reimbursed money owed to me by the sales agent as promised. I must credit her with that although long overdue. Non transparency, lack of communication, promises unfilled. Most frustrating experience I have ever had. It was necessary to contact their corporate office for resolution which has yet been completed unfilled. Most frustrating experience I have ever had. I am still waiting for reimbursement for a portion of my shipping as well as my owners manuel. Car arrived in less than detailed condition with white dog hair embedded in carpet and seats dirty and leather worn. This was represented as CPO. Buyer beware of this dealer. Check their rating on BBB. Shame on me for trusting this dealership to do the right thing. Love the car but hated the buying experience! More
