Overall the experience was disappointing. The dealership was not fully upfront about their pricing, and several fees and add-ons showed up only after I was already deep into the process. I was greeted immediately as I approached the building and offered help. The facility was clean, sunny, and full of friendly faces. I wanted to test drive cars, and unlike other dealerships, I didn’t have and offered help. The facility was clean, sunny, and full of friendly faces. I wanted to test drive cars, and unlike other dealerships, I didn’t have to go sit at a desk and fill out paperwork first. I provided my ID, quickly signed a form, and was headed out to see cars. This was the first time I’ve gone to a dealership alone to look at cars and was relieved that my experience was nothing like I had feared. Jowaine listened actively, made me feel comfortable, and never pressured me into a sale. I didn’t end up buying from Toyota, but honestly, I wish I could’ve worked with Jowaine at other dealerships. If any of my friends or family are looking to buy a Toyota, I’ll send them straight to Jowaine! More
