I zeroed in on a '17 Q5, and Walter walked me through the entire vehicle, showing me all of the features. His knowledge of the product was impressive. Once I made the decision that I wanted to move forward with purchase, he expeditiously gathered all of my information and made the process as smooth as possible. My experience with the Marcus Robbins in the finance department was equally as efficient. I have previous experience with the service department, and that had a lot to do with my decision to purchase at this dealer. Kenny Blackwelder is one of the best service providers I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchase or for service needs. More
