A very helpful buying experience Walter provided just the right amount of contacts once I let him know I was interested in buying an Audi. There was no pressure. Once I started test d Walter provided just the right amount of contacts once I let him know I was interested in buying an Audi. There was no pressure. Once I started test driving, Walter gave me so much helpful information about the cars. His enthusiasm is catchy! Again, he did not pressure me to make a decision and that gave me time to contemplate and ask friends for their input. Once the decision was made, he walked me through every step of the process with kind reassurance (very helpful as this was the first time I purchased a car on my own). He was patient when I brought a friend who asked the technical questions about horse power, torque, etc. I hope he doesn’t plan to retire anytime soon because I will buy an Audi only from Walter. He made it a pleasant experience. More
