My experience this time, as it has been in the past, was phenomenal from start to finish with the fine people there—in particular with Walter Shelton in sales, Joe DeMatteo in management, Peppi Bonocore in finance, and Kyle Andes in delivery. Each one of them went above and beyond to make me happy, and to make the experience—and my car—truly memorable and exceptional. On the occasions in the past where I've worked with or reached out to other Audi dealers in the region, none have compared in terms of friendliness, integrity, care and overall satisfaction.
