i bought a new bronco at your dealership. it was a sunday and while my salesman was friendly he really couldn't explain any of the options on my vehicle said that i get seriius xm, but couldn it was a sunday and while my salesman was friendly he really couldn't explain any of the options on my vehicle said that i get seriius xm, but couldn't turn it on for me so i had to buy it on my own when i got back to naples. i had to pay a mandatory fee for dings scratches and lojack. when i got home the lojack wouldn't work and they said i had to take it back to the service center 60 miles away. so i make the appointment and drive to service center and waiting in the line in the drive for 1 hr and 15 minutes. i traded a genesis and never had to wait just for a service writer to write up the issue. i paid for a wheel and tire protection but never received any documentation like a brochure. i still don't know how the ding and scratch protection that i paid for will work as i have no supporting documentation except my contrat for the vehicle. i feel that i receive a fair deal overall but there were a lot of room for improvement. i previously owned a genesis and a mercedes before and there service overall was much better. maybe someone will actually read this review as this is the 3rf time it has been sent to me More
