Greeted by a very knowledgeable sales person, Abdullah Altekreeti, who listened carefully to what we were looking for. He took us out for a demo ride in the equivalent model, TLX ASpec, and answered all Altekreeti, who listened carefully to what we were looking for. We had already done some comparison shopping but, with the right deal, we preferred McGrath because we had purchased our last Acura from this dealership. We decided to go forward that day because the vehicle in the color and accessories we wanted was in stock. Abdullah and Juan Flores, the Sales Manager sat with us and negotiated what we considered a fair and reasonable deal, including the trade in of our last Acura TLX. Juan was a Sales person from when we purchased that earlier TLX. Later, we drove the new car home with the understanding we would be back the next day to firm up our loan papers and get some technical assistance. When we returned, Abdullah sat in the car with me to teach me how to operate the controls which were quite a bit different from our previous Acura. Abdullah took us to the Service Department and introduced us to a few of the people who would work with us in case of a problem. The now Service Manager, Nik Landvit, I had known from the previous relationship. Overall, I found this buying experience outstanding. At no time was I pressured nor did I feel uncomfortable with any of the personnel. I would highly recommend McGrath of Libertyville. More
