I bought a used car here and it just happend to be one in a million chances that the car has problems.. i brought the car back to the service department and let them check it out.. i received a loner car unt a million chances that the car has problems.. i brought the car back to the service department and let them check it out.. i received a loner car untill the problem was solved. the car had a little bit more problems then they thought.. i spoke with Gaberiel the sales manager and told him that i no longer wanted the car and that i prefer a refund or to have a new car. It took a few weeks to get everything taken care of but yesterday i drove off with a new and better car. Juan Garcia is a great salesman.. the sales managers Gabe and Alex took care of everything and one of the owners Steve took great care of me.It was a little bit of a wait but totally worth it! More

My overall experience was excellent; great customer service, great prices, very quick and friendly. All of the staff from the receptionist, to sales associates, finance managers and even the owner are service, great prices, very quick and friendly. All of the staff from the receptionist, to sales associates, finance managers and even the owner are excellent; the owners of the dealer are friendly and involved, they go way and beyond for their customers. I am very satisfied customer for life... I will buy my next vehicle from Teddy Nissan!!! More

Juan Garcia was great!! Please ask for him. The dealership is clean and confortable. The dealership has a great selection of New and Pre-owned vehicules. I was able to trade my broken down Jaguar dealership is clean and confortable. The dealership has a great selection of New and Pre-owned vehicules. I was able to trade my broken down Jaguar for a Murano. Julio was great in the finance and recommeneded different options. They are not looking just to sell you a car but to make you a customer for life. Side note: Plan your day to spend a few hours as the dealership is very busy. More
