
I started with Tom Denchel Ford Country in October of 2001 as a Sales Associate while attending Yakima Valley Community College. Ive worked in nearly all positions within our sales organization from: sales, finance, sales manager, general Manager, and now I am the general manager of two dealerships. I’m engaged to an amazing woman and together we have 4 children under the age of 7. I love dining out and restoring classic cars. I drove 1 hr each way for nothing. The manager never even looked at my vehicle. They could have given me a quote for my vehicle over the phone, email or via text. I was then stuck at the dealership for 1 1/2 hours for absolutely nothing. If they wanted me to pay a deposit on the vehicle I ordered, I could have done that over the phone - and I offered to pay a deposit when I placed my order and Erik said it wasn't needed. It was a complete waste of 3 1/2 hours of my time and my fuel! Made me never want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. More

Parts was awesome going over accessories I will want with my new Maverick and showed me their website so I can also browse everything available including new Maverick swag. Service is ready for my first free oil change when I get there, very knowledgeable people all around. Highly recommended. More
