They lie to appease and leave you without solutions to the problems THEY create?! How are they still in business?!? He and his team wrote me an IOU which the purchase of my vehicle was contingent on and he did not fulfill it. He sold me a lemon that his service team knew needed repairs and hid those service orders from me. When I spent countless hours trying to call him and get this addressed, he accused me of cursing at him (which I never did) and refused to help me. He told me he had no legal liability, even though he agreed to make those repairs in an IOU. Pierre of Hermiston is the least professional auto facility I have ever delt with. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Because of them I will never purchase a Jeep again. If the owner of Pierre Jeep reads this review, please contact me. Krystal Collins, I asked Juan for your contact or a supervisors and he refused to share it. I am a first responder in fire and I am a volunteer for Search and Rescue. The difficulties I have had with the lemon Pierre Jeep sold me have affected my work. More
