They only nice to you in the beginning when you want to purchase a car, and then ‘boom’ they are not nice and rude afterwards. I purchased their car on May 10th and then returned it within 7 day’s policy purchase a car, and then ‘boom’ they are not nice and rude afterwards. I purchased their car on May 10th and then returned it within 7 day’s policy (May 16th), the guy that was there was so rude and didn’t even smile. I asked again anything else I need to do? He said no. After 2 months now, I just found out that they never sent the paperwork to the bank that accepted the lease under my name. That answered the reason why the bank called me like a debt collector! What a really bad company!! Update: I have been calling ECHO PARK for the past 2 weeks to get this solved, but every time I called they said they created "ticket" but today I found out that no ticket was created for this issue. More
