Immaculate customer service My husband and I went to purchase our first car together today. We had minor set backs but we were being assisted by this wonderful n patient gentlema My husband and I went to purchase our first car together today. We had minor set backs but we were being assisted by this wonderful n patient gentleman named Juan. Juan went above and beyond, he was understanding and very helpful.he recommended options when we felt like we were stuck and was not frustrated with how long He had to work with us. He did not rush us one but and above all He was polite the entire time assisting up and even stayed aswell as continuing to assist us with a very positive attitude long after the closing time. Again he went above and beyond to make us happy and i best believe we are very happy. We were able to drive off the lot with the car that we had our hearts set on. I would not think twice recommending INYC motorcars any of my friends. Personality is everything and Juan has it. I have never been this satisfied with any customer service experience as i am with this. And Juan if you ever get to see this, you are the BEST, even with the baby crying you still had a positive attitude. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!
