DeLand Kia. The salesmen were great. Once we got home we noticed several issues and called it to their attention. The sales agents responded quickly and had their manager Chad contact me. My phone call with Chad was very disappointing. He was condescending and rude and not once did he even feign concern towards my issues. He did unapologetically say he would EAT the cost of the steering wheel repair and would let me know when the steering wheel was in. However, he acted like he was doing me a favor though I was the one who purchased a new vehicle with a damaged steering wheel. I guess he doesn't care that this is our third new vehicle we purchased from DeLand Kia nor that I have to drive 80 miles and take time out of our week to get this repair done. Our conversation didn't set well with me so I called him back to give him a chance to redeem himself and maybe apologize for his rude behavior, however, he only got worse. He matter- of -factly stated that he addressed my issues that he ordered a steering wheel and that is all that he could do. All though that was my expected outcome, his delivery was not acceptable .I think some public relations training should be in order for Chad.
