Matt and Juan were happy to answer all our questions, entertain our children, and help us weigh pros and cons of each model within our budget. We never felt pressured to buy or got a "hard sell" vibe from them. The whole process was easy and low-stress. We probably should have negotiated better on our end because in hindsight we overpaid a little. But it was the car we wanted and I can't blame anyone but myself. More
