There was no pressure to buy and no crazy up selling. They were fair and the price on the truck was great for the mileage and the options that it had. They also fully detailed the car for me while we did the paper and the whole process was fairly quick compared to other car purchases I have made. I was very satisfied with the service and with the purchase. While we came in with our own financing that I wasn’t interested in trying to beat because of the service there comes with that loan, the Sales and Business Manager Ty was very helpful. He wasn’t pushy and just informed me of all of our options should we choose to take them. Once we told him we were going to just stick with our own financing he left it alone and didn’t try to push us into another option which I appreciated. Ty was also very helpful, thorough and organized when it came to doing the paperwork. He had us in and out of his office in less than 20 minutes after a very pleasant and wonderful conversation while I signed the dotted lines. Over all I was very impressed with everyone I spoke to there, they were all very friendly, helpful and there was no pressure the entire time. It was a very laid back car purchase and I very excited about my new truck. 100% would recommend buying a car from these guys! More
