I traded my car for a newest one, but the the new one has scratches ( my mistake was no to review the car all around and trust in them), I went back and they said you bought a pre own car and I told them yes scratches ( my mistake was no to review the car all around and trust in them), I went back and they said you bought a pre own car and I told them yes, but you told me was in mint condition like my old car, if I knew that I won’t made the deal. The manager is no a business man and don’t take the things serious. I bought my first Honda in that Dealer a couple years ago and they were good, this new administration is the worse for any Honda Dealer in NY, they lose me as a Custumer and I won’t recommend this dealer to no body. More

Our Salesman Sergio was kind, professional, courteous and candid. We felt comfortable talking price and coming to an agreement.
