Our Salesman Sergio was kind, professional, courteous and candid. We felt comfortable talking price and coming to an agreement. Zero stars would be better. They can’t even send a simple fax to the insurance company in 30 days! The insurance agent has called and emailed dozens of times. Each time, it’s “on the way right now”. Now, I have no coverage on my car for tomorrow. I can get reinstated now that they finally got me the paperwork, but it should never have taken this long!!! Damage my new car during cleaning. Took over a month to respond. When they did respond I went to their service department, they were less then helpful.
