They were pleasant enough to speak with, but they refused to sell me a car over the phone (I’d be shipping the car to my home in another state). Said I was required to come to the dealership. I assume that’s to sell me a car over the phone (I’d be shipping the car to my home in another state). Said I was required to come to the dealership. I assume that’s because they want to do some kind of high-pressure sales pitch in person for add-on stuff that you otherwise wouldn’t buy. I was ready to pay cash and have the car shipped but that policy lost them a deal. Makes me wonder why they advertise on the online car sites. More
