I purchased a Jeep Wrangler over the weekend and had a great customer service with the sales team. There was a discrepancy on one of the interior handles and they promised to fix the part. I was cont great customer service with the sales team. There was a discrepancy on one of the interior handles and they promised to fix the part. I was contacted by Ms. Morales and Eliot and right away they ordered the part and scheduled me for the repair. Unfortunately the part was the wrong part, but Eliot immediately contacted other local dealerships and arranged for a pick-up due to their mistake. Eliot located the part and was able to get it in a timely manner. Part was replaced while we were having breakfast. Great customer service and professional staff. I was also contacted by Mayra to confirm that everything was done correctly and apologized for the wait. I was treated like family!!! Good job!!!
