I’m very impressed with the service I got from Julian Ruiz at Skyline Ford at the Mission Street branch here in Salem. It’s the used-car branch of the main dealership on Commercial Street. Anyhow, I boug Ruiz at Skyline Ford at the Mission Street branch here in Salem. It’s the used-car branch of the main dealership on Commercial Street. Anyhow, I bought the car as is, but he told me that if I noticed anything within the first few days, they would take care of it. First problem I had was the key. The buttons would only work right beside the car, and then only sometimes. Low battery is the diagnosis, easy to fix. But then the wiper blades smear the pollen and dew horribly, and there is no washer fluid. He sent me to a repair department and said all these things would be fixed at no cost to me. This after giving me a discount off the sticker price! Definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a used car. More
