Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that your service experience was great overall, but we sincerely apologize for the 15-minute wait to check in, especially when you were first in line at 7:00 a.m. We understand that your time is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll share your feedback with our team as we continue working to improve the check-in process. Thank you for choosing Temecula Hyundai!

We’re glad you felt welcome and informed while purchasing your new Kona. Knowing that Adriano’s professional care and the complimentary snacks made your visit more comfortable means a lot to our team. Our team is pleased we could ensure the final signing was quick and smooth.
